Get to Know Us

Gwen and I are happy to be embarking on this adventure with all of you. We have big shoes to fill and are going to do our best to provide an excellent program and experience that all of the athletes are used to.

Gwen has 10 years of gymnastic coaching experience and is kind of a "Gym geek". She has an infectious passion for fun and truly believes that if your having fun learning is much easier.

We are excited to be entering the world of Sport Cheer in BC.

Competitive and Recreational Programs

Recreational Cheer

Recreational Cheer is a 10 week program with No travel and 1 hr a week of training .

We will be running two programs a year in each age group u10 and u16

September - November and January -May.

It be $325 Per Athlete Per program

(payable upon registration)

u8 Prep

u8 Prep is a 10 month commitment to a competitive cheer team, we train 2hrs a week and have 2 out of town competitions per season.

The season runs from September - June and will cost $1500/year (+GST)

per Athlete.

u12 Prep

u12 Prep is a 10 month commitment to a competitive cheer team, we train 3 hrs a week and have 3 out of town competitions per season .

The season runs from September - June and will cost $1750/year (+GST)

per Athlete

Level 1 Allstars

Level 1 + 2 Allstars is a 10 month commitment to a competitive cheer team, we train 6hrs a week and have 4 out of town competitions per season.

The season runs from September - June and will cost $2000 or $2250/year (+GST) per Athlete
